My pool is green, how do I fix it? The chemistry could be off, test your CYA, CH and phosphates. It could have rained and your pool may have phosphates, the stabilizer (CYA) could be too high or too low disabling the chlorine from doing it's job. Check the pools circulation, is the pump working well, have your done a filter clean lately. If you can't solve the problem, call us.

 

My pump is running non stop, why? Your yellow wheel timer may be faulty and needs to be replaced, or you may need to check the programming on your variable speed pump or automation system.

How do I stop my filter lid, pump lid or backwash valve stop leaking? Any one of these items could be a simple fix, the equipment may need a new oring or seal. If that doesn't solve the problem, it could be something more.
